SarahCONWAYSarah passed away surrounded by her family with peace and dignity after a short illness. Much loved Wife to Allen, Mother to Cheryl and John and Nana to Luke and Tasha. Her funeral is to be held on 5th December at 12.30, Exeter Crematorium, St Peters Chapel. Family flowers only. Donations to be made to Devon Air Ambulance.
