Lisa JaneCOOKPassed away suddenly at home on Wednesday 13th October 2021, aged 49 years. Much loved daughter of Margaret and the late Ken, half sister to Susan and brother in law Roy, loving auntie to Louise and Ben, great aunt to Millie and Fallon. She will be sadly missed by all. Funeral service to be held at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston on Trent on Thursday 4th November 2021 at 11.30am. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired are invited for Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance, these may be made online at www.georgesimnett.co.uk or given at the service.
