LesleyCOOKPeacefully on 19th September 2025 surrounded by her loving family, aged 66 years.

Loving wife to Billy, step-mum to Dean and nanna to Megan and William, treasured sister to Bernie, Jackie, Gail and the late Michael and dear sister-in-law to Paul and Kathy, dear auntie to Claire, Steven and Louise.

Family flowers only please, however donations may be left at the service for Ward 33 Castle Hill Hospital.

Funeral service to be held on Thursday 9th October at Haltemprice Crematorium, 11.30am.
