David JonathanCORNERPassed away peacefully in the care of The Nightingale Macmillan Unit at Royal Derby Hospital on Wednesday 23rd August 2023 after a brave fight against cancer, aged 69 years. David was the beloved husband of Anna, an absolutely fantastic dad to Richard and Rosie and her partner James. Much loved father in law of Andrea, a wonderful grandad to Joshua and Bonnie, a much cherished brother to Ann and a great brother in law to John, Lucie and Martin. He was also a beloved uncle, great uncle, and a friend to many. Funeral service to be held at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston on Trent on Thursday 21st September 2023 at 1.30pm. (Colourful clothes or black can be worn) Family flowers only please. Donations if desired are invited for C.T.A.U (Cancer Services) at the Royal Derby Hospital. These can be made online at www.georgesimnett.co.uk or given at the service.
