ThomasCRAWLEY(Holywell) Formerly of Seghill. Peacefully in hospital on 2nd December, aged 95 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Sadie, dear dad of Brian and the late Brenda, father-in-law of Ann and Richard, a much loved grandad of Kelly, Paul, Graham and Susan, great grandad to Alfie, Jacob and Harry, dear brother of Maureen. Funeral service at Whitley Bay Crematorium on Friday 18th December at 12.45pm. Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent for the Alzheimer's Society C/o Melrose Funeral Services, 157-159 Astley Road, Seaton Delaval, NE25 0DL.

My late Mam, Joan, always said that her brother Tommy was always kind to her and in the days when going from Northumberland to Durham was an expedition I realise that Tommy (being I believe the only one of her brothers that drove) always made the effort to visit (with Sadie, Brenda and Brian) when I was younger driving his VW campervan. Fond memories of an Uncle who was a gentleman.
