Christopher PatrickCUMMINGSPassed away peacefully on the 14th June 2022 aged 92 years. Beloved husband of the late Jean and a wonderful friend to many who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Thursday 14th July at 12.30 pm. Flowers welcome and may be sent to Co-operative Funeralcare, 177 Chaddesden Lane, Chaddesden, Derby. Donations are also welcome for 'Cancer Research UK' and may be given at the service or by visiting funeral-notices.co.uk All enquiries 01332 281442

Only just picked up this announcement so a bit late with the tribute.
Many visits to Chaddesden to stay with Chris and Jean over the years.
Many good nights at the social club.
RIP Chris ..... look after my kid brother wherever both you are.

Uncle Chris will be missed by his extended family in Canada - we have many fond memories of his visits to Uxbridge, and visiting him in Derby.

In Canada we just heard today that uncle Chris has died. We all loved him and have so many memories of him in Canada and in England. We are the family of his deceased brother, Michael (2016) and his wife, Joyce.

This was certainly a shock to hear of your passing Chris.
We have spent many happy hours together with you and Jean in the Club or at parties with family and friends.
You and Jean were always there for me when I needed any advice or someone to talk too. You fed me, we drank your home made beer and your settee was always available to kip down for the night.
You will be missed.
