Andrew Colin (Andy)DARKE22.02.1964 - 03.04.2023 aged 59 years Beloved Brother of Anna, Loving Father to Isla, Close friend to Ian & Vanessa, Loved & Missed Friend by all who knew him. It is with great sadness that the family of Andy Darke announces his passing after a long Illness on the 3rd April at the age of 59. Andy passed away peacefully at Down House Nursing Home and will be lovingly remembered by his Sister (Anna), Daughter (Isla) and close friends Ian & Vanessa. Andy worked at HMS Dockyard/Babcock for his entire adult life and his workmates were a great source of support & comfort for Andy. Andy started playing rugby at school, Public High school for Boys and then continued playing rugby for Old Public Oaks until injuries caused him to stop. The OPO family was always a very important part of Andy's life. Andy's Funeral Ceremony will be held on 20/04/2023 at 15:30 Weston Mill Crematorium. Family flowers only by request please but any donations made in loving memory of Andy will benefit MIND. A celebration of Andy's life will be held at Kings Tamerton Community Centre following Andy's ceremony.
