JeffreyDOWNESPassed away peacefully at Green Tree Court Nursing Home, Exeter on Monday 25th July 2022, aged 86 years. Born 4th April 1936 in Abergavenny, the eldest son of Herbert and Grace Downes. Leaves behind his beloved wife Martine and 6 children: Simon, Robin, Quentin, Roland, Tarrance and Charlotte. Grandfather to 8 grandchildren. Proud to complete military service and was a highly accomplished business owner, interior designer, and salesman. Jeffrey had many interests and hobbies including narrow boating, making walking sticks, classical music, collecting stamps and specialist pens. Jeffrey will be sorely missed by his family.
