ThomasDUCKWORTH(Ashington) Suddenly but peacefully on 6th December 2018, aged 50 years. Thomas (Tom), a dearly loved son of Sam and Maryan, a much loved brother to Nicola, Mike and Carolyn, uncle to Emily, Ella, Amy and great-uncle to Oliver and nephew of Clare. Loved and sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service at Cowpen Crematorium on Monday 17th December at 10.45am. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Rheumatology Education and Research Fund, Newcastle-upon-Tyne NHS Foundation Trust c/o J.
