Joan MayELSDONPassed away peacefully at Hull Royal Infirmary on 1st April 2022 aged 86. Beloved widow of late husband Reg, much loved mum to Carol and Claire and mother in law to David and Ashley. Devoted grandma to Simon, Gareth and Oliver and great granny to Aria and Sienna and dear friend to many. Funeral service and a celebration of her life to be held at Octon Crematorium at 1.30pm on Tuesday 3rd May and afterwards at Millers Tea Rooms at Heron Lakes, Beverley for refreshments, everyone welcome. Family flowers only please but donations to Riverhead Hall Care Home would be warmly welcomed. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to the wonderful staff at both Riverhead Hall and at the Dialysis Unit at Hull Royal Infirmary.

The loss of my lovely friend Joan is almost beyond words. Such a beautiful lady both inside and out. I will miss her so much but never forget the friendship we had. My heartfelt sympathy to Carol, Claire and all Joan’s family. With love from Maureen xx
