HazelEVANSOn 14th January 2021 Peacefully at home aged 76 years, Hazel the dearly loved wife of David. Devoted and loving mum of Dawn, Carolyne and Fiona. Cherished grandma of Suzanne, Joe, Melissa, Jordan and Anna. A much loved great grandma of Nathan, Chloe, Aimee and Lottie. A private family service will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium on 19th February. Family flowers only please but donations would be appreciated for The British Heart Foundation.
