ChristopherGARVEYAnnouncing the passing of Christopher (Chris or Christy) Garvey - born 12.04.1935, County Roscommon, Ireland. Passed away peacefully on 22nd December aged 84 years. Husband to the late Yvonne. A dearly beloved Son, Brother, Dad, Grandad, Great Grandad, Uncle and friend. Chris will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all his family and friends. We have lost a great Dad, a passionate Irish Trad music supporter and a true gentleman. Service to be held at St Ann's RC Church, Stretford on Tuesday 14th January at 10:30 am. Thereafter, immediate close family and friends will attend Manchester Crematorium, Chorlton. A celebration of Chris's life will take place at The Metro Club, Stretford. Flowers, or donations if desired to German Shepherd Rescue UK, may be forwarded along with all other enquiries to C.L.
