Lydia MaryGERMONIt is with a deep ache in our hearts we announce that our little sweetheart Lydia Mary Germon passed away in the arms of her parents and went into the arms of Jesus on July 16th 2020. Lydia was born on 24th October 2015 to David and Bethan Germon in Swansea, she loved butterflies, music, Peter Rabbit and playing with her best friend and sister Caitlin. Lydia impacted all who knew her, she fought her difficulties with a strength and grace that left many speechless, including doctors and medical experts and did things that many said she couldn't. Lydia lives on in the hearts of all who love her and in heaven where she is free from all of life's struggles.
