So sorry to find out Dick (Richard) was no longer with us, such a nice fella and great friend and colleague of my husband Cyril, I’m sure they are together now raising a glass or 2. Rest in peace Dick.

Dave Barber. I first met Richard at the Croxden Compost site whilst working for Tideswell`s many years ago and later as a volunteer on Cheadle in Bloom where we spent many happy hours brightening up the town together. Lovely man a pleasure to have known him.

I worked with Dick for over 18 years at Croxden Compost, was a great boss, we had some wonderful times working together, and some fun nights out at Croxden Parties, you will be sadly missed,
