RaymondGROUNSELLGROUNSELL (Walkerdene). Vera, Steve and family of the late Ray extend their deepest thanks to friends and family who have been so supportive during dad's illness and final days. Thank you all so much for the beautiful cards and thoughts which have buoyed us during these difficult days, we would like to thank especially Dr.Prem, district nurses Jane and Julie, the Oncology Department and staff of the Freeman Hospital and the incredible staff of the Marie Curie Hospice who worked tirelessly and with greatest compassion to make dad's last days dignified and comfortable, they were truly inspirational. Thanks to the Co-op Funeral Service for their kindness and to Greta Craig of Tyne Tees Celebrants for the humanity and dignity of the funeral service. Thanks also to all of you who made donations in dad's memory to our charity the Marie Curie Hospice.
