Jeffrey PaulHALLAMSadly died on Monday 15th February 2021 at The Royal Stoke University Hospital, surrounded by his loved ones. He will be greatly missed by his wife Julia, daughter Tracey, sons Mark and Paul, his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and all extended family. Due to Covid restrictions, the family will hold a private service at Carmountside Crematorium, by invitation only. No flowers please, donations can be made towards Tracey's Dementia Walk, cheques made payable to 'Tracey Hardman' and sent to the funeral director.
