JeffreyHAMLYNJeff passed away at home with his loving family on the 4th February 2023, aged 76. Beloved Husband to Carol Devoted Dad to Maria, Leanne, and Father in-law to Paul. Grandad to Casey, Lauren and their partners Conner and Lee. Special Grumpy to all his Great Grandchildren, Maddy, Bobby, Scarlett, Ethan, Fletcher and River. Death leaves heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one else can steal. We will miss you more than words can say. The funeral will take place at Efford Crematorium on Thursday 9th March at 10am. Family flowers only, and donations if desired to St Luke's Hospice.
