Theresa was a wonderful person and I am privileged that she was also my sister in law, Auntie to my children and a good friend.
Over the years, we had good family times with lots of laughter, and in the last year, whenever we spoke, she never complained. Theresa has left a huge void in the family, but she will live on in our hearts and memories.

Theresa was one of the most caring people we knew and I had the pleasure of working for. Theresa was very often my calming end to the week when I worked in the class room with her. I always knew to wear my scruffy clothes as we would be being creative. I know Damian had much respect for Theresa when he served as governor too. She will be truly missed by many. With love Leanne and Damian Wilson.

Theresa gave me my love for working with children. She picked me up as work experience teenager unsure of where my next steps would be and propelled me into a career 10 years on I'm still in. I could never thank her enough for what she did for me. She gave me the confidence I really lacked and I'm so privileged have been able to work with her and feel part of the family she created.
Her spirit and love for her community will live on with every child she taught.
I would so love to know what you and Chris James will be up to next up there, look after each other.
Rest easy in grace and love. Sending lots of love to all the family ❤️

Theresa was my Year 1 teacher many years ago and I always remembered my time in her class fondly. I know that she will be sorely missed by everyone around her and I wish her family the best in this very difficult time.
