LeslieJENNINGS (Les)It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Leslie (Les) Jennings, at St Luke's Hospice on the 14th June 2023 aged 73. Les was a much loved Brother to Rowan, Bob, Andy and Mo, Uncle to Claire, Steph, Donna, Carl, Liam, Ben, Rachel, Andy (deceased), & Leanne. Brother-in-Law to Neil, Val & Julie. He was a good friend to many, and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Those we love don't go away, They walk beside us every day, Unseen, Unheard but always near, Still loved, Still missed and very dear. Leslie's service is to take place at Ford Park Cemetery, on Friday 23rd June at 2 o'clock. Family have requested that if attending please feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Les you were a top man, we got into some scrapes together but always with a laugh and never hurt anyone else.
A surrogate father to our children whilst I served away from home, there is no one better I can think of who I'd trust my girls with.
Proud to have stood by you at the end and pleased that your pain is now gone.
Until we meet at the bar on the other side I will say.
