HazelJONESPeacefully on Sunday August 28th at Awel Tywi Care Home, Llandeilo, aged 93 years. Beloved mother to Elaine, dear mother-in-law of Douglas, cherished Nana to Greig and Ana, Gary and Giselle and a very proud great-nana to Arran, Lucas and Skye. Hazel will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends. A special thanks to the staff at Awel Tywi Care home for their devoted care. The funeral will take place on Monday 19th September at Llanelli Crematorium at 1.00pm.
