MichaelJONESMichael Arthur JONES Sadly, passed away surrounded by his family in Byng House Nursing Home,Southport on the 7th July 2023 aged 86 years. . Loving Husband of Olive for 67 years. Devoted Dad to Kath (Deceased), Charlie and Brenda. Father-in-law to Sally. Grandad to Shannon, Shauna, Phillippa and Craig. Older brother to Kathleen, Paul and Patricia. Michael will be very sadly missed by James and Ollie, his nieces, nephews, cousins, family, friends near and far, also his regular friendly postman and his neighbours who kept a look out for him. Funeral service will be held at St Marie’s Church Southport on Thursday 27th July at 12 noon, followed by an interment in Liverpool Road Cemetery. Family flowers only, but if desired donations in memory of Michael are being collected for Southport and Formby Special Athletes Charity.
