Beloved wife of David (Dai), dearly loved mother of Kevin and Karen, dear mother-in-law of Caroline, cherished nan of Matthew, Bethan, Alex, William, Carys, Eleri and their partners, much loved great grandmother of Zac, Ryan, Olly, Griff, Gwen, Max and Amber, loving sister of Maureen and her late brothers and sisters, dear sister-in-law, loved auntie of all her nieces and nephews, past and present.
Pat will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral service at Swansea Crematorium on Tuesday 18th November at 11am.
