LorettaKENNEDYPeacefully at the Hollies Nursing Home on Thursday, June 9, surrounded by her loving family, Loretta, aged 79, sadly passed away. The devoted partner of Richard, much loved mum of Sean, Sharon, Jackie and the late Russell, dear mother-in-law of Anne, Duncan and Derek, cherished grandma of Rachel, Alicia and Matthew, sister to John, Linda and the late Josie. Loretta worked as a cook at Moorhead High School for many years before retiring. She enjoyed socialising with her family and friends, dancing, and attending many rock and roll events. Loretta always looked forward to her holidays, with her favourite places being Benidorm and Benalmadena. She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving her. Loretta’s funeral service will be held at Accrington Crematorium on Friday, June 17 at 11.40am.
