Another year has flown by and it still feels strange that you're not here anymore. We will meet again though, when I come to be with the Lord.

I was thinking of you yesterday, 20th September. It doesn't feel like a year since you passed, time flies so quickly. You will be forever loved and remembered uncle Dave. Helen and Alby X

I was saddened that I was unable to visit Dave this summer because of the current pandemic. I have such fond memories of Dave from childhood, whilst staying with himself and Auntie Hilary each year at their peaceful home in St. Austell. I loved Uncle Dave, he was always fun and always seemed 'happy go lucky'. He always had many stories to tell and were interesting to listen to. His huge life experiences were a constant source of anecdotes. He was always ready to laugh and made me feel loved. In later years, I found him very easy to talk to about anything and I felt a stronger bond as the years went by. His passing will leave a hole in many people's lives. I will miss you Dave. Rachael. xxx
