AngelaKIPLING (Nee Savory)Nee Savory Following a long and courageous fight against illness, Angela, 71, passed away peacefully on Sunday 27th September 2020, at Castle Hill Hospital in Cottingham. Beloved wife of Peter, dearly loved mum of Nicola and Chris, mother-in-law to Debbie and the late Shaun, adored nana to Jack, Megan and Alfie. And loving auntie to Amy, Laura and Paul. Cherished sister to Karen, and sister-in-law to Jill, Dave and Colin. After a fulfilling and successful career in Education, Angela wanted to donate her remains to a nearby medical school in order that, even in death she can further the learning of trainee medical students. Consequently, there will be no immediate funeral but a service to celebrate Angela's life and all of her achievements will be held at later date when restrictions on congregation sizes are relaxed.

This is very sad news indeed. Angela Kipling was a dedicated teacher and inspirational headteacher. She must have been very proud that her school continued to thrive and so many of her former pupils have gone out into the world with the confidence to make it a better place. A job well done Mrs Kipling. Now you can rest.

A wonderful and much respected lady who gave inspiration to us all. I loved working with her both at school and as a Bishops Visitor. She was remarkable and fought her illness bravely without any complaints. Will miss her so much and she never forgot my Abigail. Xxx

A much admired, respected and elegant lady. I will remember her fondly - she always asked after my daughter by name which, given the number of pupils that passed through her school, was lovely.
