JohnKIRBY ((Jack))(Jack) Passed away suddenly on 30th March 2021 aged 65 years. Devoted husband of Lyn, a much loved dad to Nicola, Paul, Amy and the late Jamie, a special grandad and great-grandad. Sadly missed by all his loving family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Friday 23rd April at Chanterlands Avenue Crematorium, Large Chapel. John will leave his residence and the cortege will drive down Priory Road, Calvert Road on to Spring Bank West then along Chanterlands Avenue for friends to pay their respects to him. No flowers please but donations for John's chosen charity may be sent in lieu to Hortons Funeral Directors 557-563 Spring Bank West. Tel. 01482 354246
