James EdwinLATHAMJames Latham passed away peacefully at home on the 4th October 2022 aged 99. His contribution to the civic and cultural life of Chester included being a founder member of Chester Civic Trust, Chair of Chester in Concert, President of Chester Operatic Society and Lord Mayor of Chester 2007/8. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends who will remember his kindness, humour and generosity of spirit. A family funeral service will take place on the 21st October 2022.
