Patricia SusanLAVELLE ("Pat")"Pat" Passed away peacefully at Royal Derby Hospital on Sunday 28th March 2021, aged 70 years. Much loved wife of John. Beloved mum to Matthew and Adam and mum in law to Sarah and Amanda. Adored grandma to Chelsey and nanny to Finlay and Hugo. A service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium on Thursday 22nd April at 2.40pm. Family flowers only please. All enquiries to Co-operative Funeralcare, Birchover Way, Allestree DE22 2QN 01332 550033
