Patricia AnneLEWINPassed away suddenly at home in Llanddulas, aged 75 years. Wonderful mum to Natalie, Amanda and Sammy, loving nanna to Josh, Cerys, Tyler, Charlie-May, Scott, Mia, Corey and Adam, great-nanna to Hadley, sister to Val, Richard and Ken, special aunty to Lauren, Luan and Helle. Anne will be sadly missed by all her family and many friends. Funeral service and committal to be held at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on Friday 29th July 2022 at 2.45pm. Family flowers only please.
