I can only imagine the sadness you must be feeling Richard and James at the loss of your beloved dad. My thoughts go out to you, family and friends
Ian and I worked together before he moved to a different department. I have fond memories of a valued colleague, our many moments of laughter and funny stories. Ian was a clever guy and I was always amazed at his knowledge, wit and never ending store of facts.
Bye bye 'matey' from Elaine

Our thoughts are with Ian’s sons, family and friends at this terribly sad time.
Ian is sadly missed by our team, particularly for his sense of humour and ‘Dad jokes’ of which we still have the book.
Rest in peace Ian
