BridgetMCCONNELL (DELIA)(WALLSEND) On 5th October aged 92 years. Loving wife of the late John. Cherished Mam to Michael and the late John. A very much loved Grandma to Thomas and Isobel. Dear Sister to Margaret, Kathleen and the late John and Pat. Mother in law to Helena. Sister in law to Mary. A very dear Aunty and great Aunty to the family. Family and friends please meet for Requiem Mass at our Lady and St Aidans church, Coniston Road. on Wednesday 20th October at 10.00am followed by burial at Holy Cross Cemetery at 11.00am. Family flowers only by request but donations in lieu if desired can be made at the church for St Oswalds Hospice. On Whose Soul Sweet Jesus Have Mercy R.I.P
