Service to take place in the chapel of St. Bede, Teesside Crematorium on Wednesday November 8th, at 11am. Friends please meet at the crematorium chapel.
No flowers please, any donations in lieu to the Butterwick Hospice. A donation box will be available at the crematorium chapel.
