MaryMICKELMICKEL BathgateAfter a short illness, MARY BAIN SAMUEL HUNTER, aged 94 years, passed away suddenly, in St. John's Hospital, on Tuesday 22nd June 2010. She was the beloved wife of the late Bob Mickel, the much loved mum of Bill and Jane, a devoted Gran Mickel to David, Michael, Claire, Bruce, Christa, Mary Jane, Rafael, Libby, Jane and Catherine and great granny to Yasmine, Marina, Cameron, Ross, Monica and Isla.She will be sorely missed by her family and friends. Her last few years were spent Happily in Meadow Vale Care Home where she was a very popular resident and the family's thanks go to the staff there. Before going into the Home, from childhood she was an active member of the High Church in Bathgate where a service of celebration for her life was held on Monday 28th June 2010 and special thanks go to her godson the very Reverend Hunter Bruce Farquharson who conducted the service.Also thanks to Brodies Funeral Directors for a caring and supportive service.
