Precious daughter of Glynda and the late Jim; loving mum to Emma and Jack and partner of the late Mark; dear twin to Sarah and sister to John, a beloved Aunty to Katie, Thomas, Ella, and Loti. Funeral Service at St Asaph Crematorium on Wednesday, 14 June at 1pm. Family flowers only, but donations in memory of Louise will be gratefully accepted towards the Critical Care Unit at Glan Clwyd Hospital.
