Uncle to Dale, David, Jenna, Jo, Lewis, Michael, Ben and Aaron Passed away suddenly at home on the 17th August age 54. Funeral service to be held on Thursday 15th September at Canley Crematorium in the Cannon Hill Chapel at 1.30pm.
