GemmaMOORESIt is one year today when you passed away. Not a single day or minute goes by when we are not thinking of you. We will always love you and miss you. Much loved Daughter of Chris & Rachel, Mum, to Matthew and Kieran, Sister to Martin, Niece to Shaun & Darren and the loving Granddaughter to Barry, Vicky, Doreen and the late Alan. Gemma is also sadly missed by a great many relatives and friends.
