MaureenMORRIS(née Walker) On 26th August 2022. Peacefully after a short time at Botham Hall Care Home and of Crosland Moor. Maureen, aged 88. Dearest wife of the late Philip, much loved mum of Karen and Michael, dear mother-in-law to Stuart and Agnieszka, devoted grandma to Paul, Gavin, Matthew, Syzmon, Tomasz and their partners Emma and Adele, fun loving and proud great grandma to Isaac, Ewan and Isabel, dear sister to Stephen and the late Kathleen, sister in law to Christine and the late Michael. Devoted Auntie and treasured companion to the late David and the late Peter and loyal friend to many. She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all who knew her. The cortege will leave Maureen's home at 11am for the service at Huddersfield Crematorium at 11.30am on Friday 7th October, 2022. Family flowers only please, but donations if so desired to be shared between the British Heart Foundation and the British Polio Fellowship, for which a plate will be provided at the service.
