Czes RobertMOWINSKIFormer employee of West Midlands Ambulance Service spanning 4 decades. Beloved husband of Elaine, much loved father of Czes, cherished grandad of Ethan and Eva. Passed away peacefully on 30th October 2019 at home surrounded by his family, aged 67 years. Funeral service to be held at St Laurence's Church Old Church Road, on Tuesday 12th November 2019 at 11:00 am followed by private family committal. Family flowers only please donations if desired payable to 'UHCW Charity' - to benefit the Arden Centre who cared for Czes so well. These may be sent care of J.E Hackett and Sons website (online donation) or by post to J.E Hackett & Sons Ltd, Longford Bridge, Coventry, CV6 6BH. Tel: 024 76 367149
