i first met les about 4 yrs ago when he moved 2 doors away from me .. i found him to be the most gentle person, i took to him immediately. Then since he started to get poorly very early this year, i start to visit him more and more as he had just come out of hospital. and to help him here and there, he was vey appreciative of my help, i was always looking for little ways to bring a smile to him as he had some very poorly days, he never took advantage of my help, he tried to be very independent as possible, he was a brave man, he was a very gentle, understanding and very knowledgeable man, i took a neighbours dog to see him, a collie, he was sooo chuffed about this. and i picked him flowers, to brighten up his day, for me he was the perfect grandadman that i wished i had a lot earlier in my life, i met his 2 brothers, that were just like him, just all of the 3 brothers were adorable, it was a pleasure to have known him and i mis him a lot, R.I.P. Les, think about you every day, i am not glad to see you go, but i am glad you dont have to suffer no more, <3
