Truly wonderful big hearted sister in law Gail touched everyone she met and left a bit of Mackem love in all. Your greatest legacy is in the family you leave behind. Matty, Luke, Ben and Jess now boast beautiful families of their own in your image. They are strong and will take care of each other and of course your heartbroken devoted husband Ron. Always in our hearts
Kev and Ann

Dear Mum, difficult to see your little face on this page. Hard to believe you are gone. Impossible to explain how I feel. We see you every day in Sammy's smile and Alex's gesticulations. We will remember your giggle and loving embrace. Goodbye x Luke, Inma and the boys

To my Darling Mum Gail. Words simply cannot express how much we are going to miss you. We will look after each other, and especially take care of Dad on your behalf. Better parents we could not have asked for. All our love forever and ever,
Ben (Boney), Nicky and Evie.

Gail was a life long friend. When young, we lived within a few streets of each other, and first met at Sunday school aged 5. We went to the same Grammar School, and studied the same subjects.
(the photo shows her sitting behind me in our A level Greek group) We then both went to the same university, and even shared a flat for a year!
Though many years of separation followed, I was pleased to be able to see her again a few times during her final difficult years. She was such a totally beautiful person inside and out, and I feel privileged to have known her. May she now rest in peace.
