George AnthonyPAGE(Walkerville) Died peacefully in hospital on 11th March 2021, aged 85. Devoted husband of the late Margaret. George will be greatly missed by all of those who had the pleasure of knowing him, including Bob and Sylvia, Ken and Brenda, Maureen (and the late Maurice), Stuart and Pat, and all their families, together with his many friends from the Newcastle Ramblers Association, Wallsend Harriers, The Benfield Bowling Club, and the Lindisfarne Social Club, especially Heather and Colin. With grateful thanks to George's neighbours for the kindness shown to him. A funeral service is to be held at Tynemouth Crematorium on Thursday 1st April, at 11.15am, in accordance with current restrictions. At George's request, no flowers but donations in lieu if desired to the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Charity. All enquiries to Coop Funeralcare, Wallsend.
