Janet LouisePALMERFormerly of Barnstaple, passed away peacefully at home with her family in Bellevue Washington State, USA on 1st August 2022 There will be a celebration of her life at The Park Hotel, Barnstaple with her husband, Dave and her daughter Izzy on October 18th, 11am-2pm for any family and friends who would like to attend.
