Margaret AnnePERKINSAnn Better known to family and friends as Ann. Passed away peacefully at Derriford Hospital on the 4th December 2018, aged 81. Loving Mother to Suzanne, Andrew and their partners. Dearest Nan to her Grandchildren and Nanny Ann to her Great Grandchildren. Ann will always be loved and remembered by all the family and all who knew her. Funeral service to be held at Efford Crematorium on Thursday 20th December 2018 at 11.30am. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired can be left via a retiring collection.
