Howard FrancisPERRINHoward peacefully passed away on Wednesday 15th March 2023 at The University Hospital of Wales aged 90 years. Beloved husband of the late Maureen, much loved father of Anthony and Sandra, loved grandfather of Christian and the late Jamie. Howard will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Resting at A J Stone and Ham Funeral Home until the funeral service on Thursday 13th April, Penarth Methodist Church at 10.30am followed by interment at Penarth Cemetery at 11.30am.
