Much loved Great Nanny Pat to Ezra & Edie. In our hearts you will stay. Today, Tomorrow our whole lives through we will never fail to remember you. Funeral will take place at Weston Mill Crematorium at 11.30am on the 17th April. Family flowers only please. Donations can be left via retiring collection for St Luke's Hospice or Children's Hospice Southwest, if desired and will be gratefully received.
