AlanPONTINGPONTING Reverend Alan R.C Died Peacefully at St. Johns, Moggerhanger on 12th February 2009 after a courageous battle with progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) aged 64 years. A dearly loved husband to Pat, devoted father to Elizabeth & Judith and a loving grandpa to Ciaran. The Funeral Service just for the family will be held on Tuesday 3rd March 11.30am at Norse Road Crematorium, Bedford and in the afternoon there will be a Thanksgiving Service at Kempston East Methodist Church, Kempston, Bedford at 4.00pm. All are welcome. Donations in lieu of flowers for either, The Bedford Day Care Hospice, The PSP Association or Sue Ryder Care St. Johns, with cheques made payable to the appropriate charity and sent to A. L. & G.Abbott, Funeral Directors, 150 Bedford Road, Kempston, Beds MK42 8BH.
