I've only just found out about my very old friend Roy. For no reason, we had not seen each other for over 30 years. We used to ride motorcycles, go to the Volunteer in Green Street and The Rose in Rose Crescent. My first trip into Europe in 1975 to watch Barry Sheene race was with Roy. He was also a very good motorcycle mechanic, he sorted my Suzuki GT750 out a treat. We had some good times. R.I.P old friend.
