When Paul was born I was an apprentice with his dad. He was a good friend of mine too. It hurts when you lose friends like them but I have a lot of happy memories R.I.P

Sarge, Absolutely gutted to be writing this about a man I had the privilege to call my friend for the last 30 years.
He took me under his wing when I first started work and became a close friend, someone I looked up to and had the upmost respect for. He did so much for me when I was younger and has always been there for me since, which I will forever be grateful for.
We laughed our way through everything, mostly at my expense, so many good times and memories that I will never forget.
You will be sorely missed by family, friends and anyone who had the pleasure of knowing you.
Sleep tight Sarge.
Lots of Love Always
Danny,Lisa,Joe and Maisie xxxx

Sarge, what can I say, you were one of the best! Happy memories of when we were growing up. We’d always be taking the mick out of one another - you, me & Wilf (Anthony Steventon). You were a good friend to all the family.
