Philip GeorgeSLATERPassed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on October 9th 2019. Beloved partner and soulmate to Cynthia, much loved father and grandad. Loved brother and uncle. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Service to be held at Markeaton Crematorium on Thursday 24th October at 10:00am. Family flowers only please, or if desired donations to Treetops Hospice. The family have requested to wear something blue if possible.
