Patricia GladysSLATERWe sadly announce Patricia Gladys Slater peacefully left us on 3rd May 2021. Devoted Mum, Nanna & Great-Nanna who will be missed greatly. The funeral will be held at St Mary's Church, Church Lane, Chaddesden DE21 6LS on Thursday 27th May at 12.00 noon followed by burial at Nottingham Road Cemetery. All flowers and tributes can be sent to Co-operative Funeralcare, 177 Chaddesden Lane, Chaddesden. If anyone would like to make a donation you can do this direct to 'Age Uk'. All enquiries to 01332 281442.
